We designed an editorial layout that brings articles, tutorials, podcasts, community links, and jobs into the opening section. Readers can scan for what interests them, while Laravel News can showcase more of its daily output.

We also designed a dedicated area for livestream premieres, with a prominent image, headline, and watch button. The team can put a live event at the center of the homepage while keeping regular content within reach.

We incorporated advertising and promotional placements alongside editorial content, making opportunities to click or subscribe easier to recognize. Eric reported that advertisers were happier and readers found the page more engaging, encouraging feedback from both sides of the publication’s business.

We created the Figma designs using the existing brand palette, variables, and auto-layout. That gave Laravel News’ developers a clear view of spacing and layout and a design they could implement easily. Eric’s team could move from an agreed direction into development with confidence in how it would work.

We gave Laravel News more ways to showcase its work, promote new formats, and help readers find something worth exploring. The design makes the breadth of the publication visible from the moment someone arrives.
